A Party Demo Wheel That Gives Every Guest a Way In

Let a spin choose the next product demonstration, color combination, or question at your home-product party. Eight practical prompts help the host get started.

Imagine a living room set up for a home-product party. Samples are on the table, friends are finding seats, and the host wants a relaxed way to begin. An iPad beside the display offers an invitation: “Spin to choose what we try next.”

One guest spins “Mix and Match.” The host lays out two fabric swatches and asks the group which combination they would choose. Another spin lands on “Show Me How,” so the host demonstrates a useful fold or an everyday product feature. The wheel gives the gathering a simple rhythm without requiring everyone to take a turn.

Make eight invitations to explore

Choose short entries that lead to demonstrations or easy questions, then repeat each one twice on a 16-panel wheel:

  1. Show Me How
  2. Pick a Color
  3. Everyday Use
  4. Care Tip
  5. Ask Anything
  6. Host Favorite
  7. Mix and Match
  8. Next Demo

Prepare one activity for each label. “Care Tip” might mean reading a care instruction from the product packaging. “Everyday Use” could ask where someone would put an item at home. “Host Favorite” gives the host a chance to explain a genuine personal preference without presenting it as everyone’s experience.

Keep the prompts focused on the products actually available. If a question concerns performance, ingredients, or product care, use the manufacturer’s current information rather than improvising a claim.

Give guests an easy way to participate

Explain the idea before the first spin: the result chooses a topic, and anyone may answer, watch, or pass. Guests do not need to purchase something, share contact details, or tell a personal story to join.

Place the samples beside the device so the host can move straight from the result to the activity. Read each label aloud. Keep a printed prompt sheet nearby, particularly if another person may help host.

If you would like to include a thank-you gift, consider offering the same small, preplanned item to everyone who joins while supplies last. State any limits clearly and keep the gift independent of orders or bookings.

Use the wheel when it helps the room

A few spins can open the party, introduce a new product group, or restart conversation after a break. When guests have questions, follow their curiosity. There is no need to spin through every label before answering them.

You build the wheel yourself in iPrizeWheel on an iPhone or iPad. Basic supports a single 16-panel text campaign. Custom logos, multiple saved campaigns, and contact collection require Premium or a higher paid edition. Compare the available features before choosing your setup.
