iPrizeWheel was developed out of necessity in 2011 for a media site that was attending a massive summer festival with an expected attendance of 60,000. The company needed a creative and engaging way to collect data and capture that audience at their booth.
Prize wheels were always popular at any trade show or market environment, but they were simply not scalable to the level that our client wanted. They were expensive to buy, they took up a ton of room, they were clunky to ship and relocate, hard to customize, and couldn’t do any kind of data collection.
Around the same time, the iPad was just coming onto the scene, and we saw an opportunity. iPrizeWheel was born as a completely digitized, customizable version of the prize wheel. Now, our client could have multiple iPads set up, and this all-new game wheel app turned them into portable game wheels, customizable in just minutes!
In 2023, after thousands had downloaded and incorporated it into their marketing, classrooms, and venues, we redesigned the app from the ground up and added iPhone compatibility. We’ve added many new features and new ways you can enjoy iPrizeWheel.
